Windwaker-like action adventure Oceanhorn is scheduled to get even better looking on December 11th.

Yep, FDG Entertainment will be rolling out another update to the game that will sharpen up its graphics.

This is all an effort to have the game live up to the potential that the super crisp displays of the newly released iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, and iPad Air 2 allow it.

According to Touch Arcade, the update increases the game's polygon count by four times. It should also add other improvements such as ambient occlusion and other lighting effects.

You can see how the game will look with this update in the screenshots above. And, if you haven't already, you can pick up Oceanhorn for £5.99 / $8.99 on the App Store.

It got a Silver Award from us, and we called it "beautiful, adventurous, and lengthy".
Touch ArcadeThe Bitch and Her Whelps

3、
Harvest Moon publisher Natsume has announced A-Train: City Simulator for 3DS. It will be out this April.

It has you playing as the head of transportation tasked with keeping cities, towns, and suburbs connected. You'll be able to build bus routes, subway services, and even an airport.

However, doing all this involves balancing budgets and listening to the needs of people to ensure public transport is efficient and appreciated.

So you'll want to avoid pile-ups and bottlenecks. It only leads to frustrated citizens. I'm sure you won't do a worse job than the current British government, so don't worry too much.

Anyway, it's not all building and fretting, as there are story lines weaved into each scenario to keep you entertained. People will pop up to talk to you and explain the situation that you'll then have to resolve.

Plus, as time passes while playing the game, you'll see technology evolve from steam-powered trains to electric ones. Pretty neat.

Oh, and there's a map editor just in case you want to give yourself different challenges to take on.

If you're a 3DS owner and are in to city builders then this seems like a decent fix.

1、
Bomb-o-cracker has released his Nitrome-inspired tiny puzzle adventure Shifter! on iOS.

We had a look at this game a couple of weeks ago after it caught our eye for being cute. But as we soon learned after trying out the browser version its looks aren't indicative of its difficulty. It's a tough little bugger.

There are 24 levels in which you have to guide the little pixel explorer to the ancient heads (the exit in each level). To do that you need to activate strange mechanisms using items around the level.

But the main mechanic in Shifter! is the ability to literally shift parts of the level around.

By splaying two fingers across the screen an overlay will turn the 2D world into a grid. At this point you can drag and drop the squares to rearrange the world.

You have to figure out where the explorer needs to be placed and what order the parts of the level should be in order to complete it.

You can give it a go by purchasing Shifter! for 79p / 99c on the App Store right now. It should hopefully be heading to Android soon as well.

On top as the best iPad game is Monument Valley, while Threes! takes best iPhone game.

While Pocket Gamer will certainly have its own list, we can't disagree with Apple's pickings. Not when we gave both of them a shiny Gold Award.

As for the runners-up, for iPad it is the Gold Award-winning Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft. While on iPhone it is the Bronze Award-winning Leo's Fortune that takes second place.

There's also a longer list of Best Games, which includes Hitman GO, 80 Days, XCOM: Enemy Within, FTL: Faster Than Light, Table Tennis Touch, The Banner Saga, and plenty more.

Check it for yourself on the App Store. Or, you know, you could wait for our list instead. Or do both - it's up to you.
Her grievance with his hearing to divide.
